Like any great story, these terms are a work in progress. Here’s the gist while we work with our community to navigate the issues and concerns created by the technologies we use today and in the future.

Your account
We require you to register in order to use our app. This allows us to store data on your behalf. If you’re under 13 years of age, you’re unfortunately not authorized to register and use our app. If you’re under 18 years of age, you’re only authorized to register and use our app with the approval of your parent or guardian. See our privacy policy for more details. We’ll do our absolute best to ensure your data is not lost or stolen, and will let you know as soon as possible if it is.

Your content
Our app uses machine learning models to generate unique content just for you as you tell your story. We want artists to be unrestrained in what they can imagine and create, although there are limits as to what we want to allow in the long run. The Possible Company is a young company, and we’ll look to work with the community to define the right balance to strike between freedom and safety.

In the meantime, we reserve the right to remove any content we deem objectionable to the community, which includes anything that violates intellectual property rights, is unlawful, harmful, threatening, abusive, harassing, tortious, excessively violent, defamatory, vulgar, obscene, pornographic, libelous, invasive of another’s privacy, hateful racially, ethnically or otherwise objectionable.

Our partners
We use various third parties throughout our app, including but not limited to image and audio generation services. By using our app, you agree to hold us harmless for any content generated by these services.
